The " Bai Jia Zheng Ming” Medical Science Construction Forum and 2021 China’s Hospitals Ranking Conference hosted by the Institute of Hospital Management of Fudan University was held in Shanghai on November 20^th. The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University continued to be on the list, becoming the only hospital in Jiangxi Province that has been on the list for eight consecutive years. Tan Youwen, Secretary of Party Committee of hospital, attended the conference.

In the comprehensive ranking, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University ranked 82^nd. In the "National Comprehensive Ranking of Specialities", the Department of Burn continued to rank 8^th. In the "National Ranking of Specialty Reputation", the Department of Gastroenterology continued to rank 19^th, while Department of Neurosurgery and Department of Health Management were on the listed for the first time, ranking 22^nd and 27^th respectively.

In the “Top 100 List of Eastern China Specialty Reputation Rankings”, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University has 23 specialties on the list, which is far ahead among all hospitals in Jiangxi. Two of the Top 5 specialties are Department of Burn (ranked 4^th) and Department of Neurosurgery (ranked 5^th). Other 6 specialties of the Top 10 are Emergency Medicine (7^th), Digestive Disease (8^th), Intensive Care Medicine (8^th), Rehabilitation Medicine and Health Management (9^th) and Ultrasound Medicine (10^th). Other 15 Top 20 specialties include Urology (11^th); Infectious infection, Dentistry and Nuclear medicine (13^th); Respiratory, Dermatology and Plastic Surgery (14^th); Clinical Pharmacy and Allergy (15^th); Pathology (16^th);  Radiology and Endocrinology (18^th); Otorhinolaryngology and Neurology (19^th); and Anesthesia (20^th).
